Industrial springs

We manufacture all types of springs: compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, prismatic springs, zigzag springs, armour-type springs, springs for lip-type seals, etc.  

Raw materials dimensions: 0.2 mm – 18 mm Wire diameter for cold-coiled springs; 19-60 mm bars diameter for hot-coiled springs   

Materials: Steel wires, stainless steel wires, oil-tempered wires (by EN, DIN and GOST); Phosphor bronze wires (CuSn), etc. Coatings: Acc. to client's request (including oiling, zinc coating, oxidation, polyester powder coating, phosphate varnish coating, etc) . 

Machines: CNC wire forming equipment from WAFIOS (Germany), SCHENKER (Switzerland) etc   

1) Compression springs: Compression Springs are coiled helical springs that resist a compressive force applied axially. Compression Springs may be cylindrical, conical, tapered, concave or convex in shape. The changing of spring ends, direction of the helix, material and finish allows a compression spring to meet a wide variety of special industrial needs. 

2) Extension springs: Extension Springs are wound with initial tension which holds the coils together and offers resistance to a pulling force. Extension Springs can have many different styles of hooked and looped ends. Torsion Springs are made to offer resistance to applied torque. When deflected, they will reduce in coil diameter and extend in overall length.  

3) Torsion springs: Torsion springs are made to offer resistance to applied torque. When deflected, they reduce in coil diameter and extend in overall length. They are used in a variety of applications where torque is needed.

4) Suspension springs: cold-coiled and hot-coiled.The suspension springs for railway wagons (bogie suspension springs) are manufactured according to UIC standard. Our suspension springs fit in freight and passenger coaches and locomotive bogies. Our particular speciality is the production of springs for Y25 bogie and its upgrades. Y25 bogie and its analogues are widely used worldwide. We supply suspension springs for other types of railway bogies as well. We supply also other springs used by the railways.  Raw material dimensions: bar diameter=60mm max; bar length=6700mm max.

We supply also suspension springs for trams, underground, passenger cars, lorries, agricultural vehicles etc. 

5) Stampings & pressings: very complicated 3D forms from strip & wire; manufactured to customers requirements (drawings/specifications); design and material assistance; complete in-house tooling and secondary operations;

Materials: Strip and wire by EN, DIN, GOST. Carbon steel, stainless automatic machines BIHLER (Germany) that allow perfect interaction of the greatest possible number of automated production processes on the machine: feeding, punching, stamping, bending, tapping, screw fastening, welding, assembling.

Heat treatment: Depends of the used material. Coating: According to customer request (phosphate, varnish etc)
